That may change in the next few weeks.
Yeah I agree with you, we definitely want to move 2021 as kids (6&10) would miss out on too much with restrictions.
Risk is will there be a good offer to move that we will lose if we cancel today 🙈

Was the most pointless email ever! We knew all that a week ago.

I’d imagine once they reopen and/or you accept whatever offer they make you’ll be tied in - and then if your flight is cancelled you’ll be left with a lost deposit

I wouldn’t even rely on things changing much next year - given how packed it is on quiet days it’ll be impossible to open to full capacity until there’s a vaccine. Certainly Disney don’t expect that before September 2021 given they’ve cancelled DP till then. They certainly don’t expect restaurant capacity till then at earliest.

Best wishes and good luck to you all

Even got MNSSHP tickets refunded.

Will see if I can get the £50 back through the insurance but if that is all I'm out of pocket will be pleased.

Just need to wait for HolidayExtras to make a decision on August non-refundable bookings to see if I need to claim that on insurance or can get a voucher, and for Lufthansa to pull their fingers out and give me my money (pre-emptive s75 dispute started there).
Have to give Disney credit; 2 days and money is back on my credit card.

I cannot call as will be working ( yes from home but still working )
If anyone does can you please share what they say?
I get the feeling it will be an hours phone wait for them to say ... well actually ... dunno ...
