Notre Dame is spectacular- though quite small I thought! It always amazes me how these churches were built so many centuries ago without all the mechanical aids there are now.

F is notoriously difficult to feed (a consequence of her diabetes unfortunately - she ate anything as a toddler!) and panics at the unknown. We had eaten at Eggspectation in Toronto 5 years ago and again last year in the centre of Montreal so she was in her comfort zone! It isn't fine dining but at least she was happy I think for breakfast it works well!

We are lucky in that our breakfast will be included this time.

But you know how R.C. is...if Poot and I don't have a goodly few restaurants marked on the map - he always goes into a posh place on the first night and spends our entire food budget on one meal.

"But I couldn't FIND anything else!"

Sigh.

We never have that problem - fine dining and my two do not mix

Burnt cinnamon rolls-bad oven! The rest of the day worked out great thankfully 😀 I hope the boys enjoyed the rest of the festival and weren't back too late. Love the cathedral photos, it looks really beautiful. Zip wires are not my favourite, I would pass too. I could actually just eat the sushi, I'm starving.

The boys loved the festival - though it wore J out for days to come!

I have done zipwires but never again. I think the control freak in me doesn't like not being in control!

I sushi!

Happy birthday to your DS (belatedly 😂 ) I have heard of Zara Larrson and what a great view of the stage your DS had, I do hope he and your DH enjoyed it.

You and your DD had a lovely day together too, your food looks delicious but I must admit the rib fest sounds delicious 😀
