Getting through to Virgin
This might be a silly question, but is anyone else having trouble getting through to Virgin to book a new flight?
Tried unsuccessfully to book online yesterday.Then was on hold for over an hour last night when it just cut out on me. So far today I have been on for over 1 and half hours. Getting sick of the music

Been like that for a while. I sent them a WhatsApp yesterday as they’ve changed all our booking references and no reply yet.

Ive emailed them asking costs to change holiday from Oct 21 to Aug 22! Hopefully they will reply

Finally got through after 2hours 9mins 😱
But on the plus side all sorted now and flights were £40 cheaper than last night 👍

I got through within 15mins yesterday, I wanted to move our Flydrive from May 2021 to May 2022 which they did without any issues, It saved us £120!

Is it Virgin Atlantic or Virgin Holidays? If it's Virgin Holidays then just ring one of their stores and you will get through quicker.

I got a reply through VH WhatsApp within 8 minutes earlier today! It was only a request for them to update our booking invoice and atol certificate to our new dates but I was surprised it was so quick!
