We had Quesidilla with chimichuri nd sweet potato tonight and it was really nice.

Another positive for me for these food boxes is that it is teaching my kids to cook. They are 12 and 13 and will quite happily pick up a recipe card and make a start with tea these days which is great

We've got our first veggie one this week...paneer and spinach curry. Will have to see what DH thinks of that one

We’ve just started this with Gousto. Had a slight issue with payment and discount, but very quickly resolved. We’ve had a haddock curry which was great, a warm chicken salad and a lamb biryani so far, all lovely.
I thought the protein sizes looked small, but in the finished dishes were perfectly satisfactory. Taught me that I routinely over cater when I cook! Great for portion control and I love that you get a proper recipe card so you can recreate the meals later (unlike Simply Cook).

I have a feeling that I overcook too. So this will hopefully result in a thinner waistline!

Some of the meal calorie count is quite high. Just wish they'd put it on the front of the recipe when you are looking. Off to start the thread for reviews.
