PayPal friends and family

Hi can anyone tell me how I get a friends and family payment via PayPal and also how do I keep it in dollars?
After that my next question would be about getting Disney gift cards and applying them to annual dues?
I really am a bit hopeless with all this.

The sender chooses whether it is sent as friends and family or business payment. They lose all protection to send your money fee free. It should stay as a dollar balance until you are ready to convert or spend it in dollars.

As said above the sender chooses both options. I always ask the renter to pay all fees, the 3% is well worth the extra protection it provides them.
In terms of receiving payments in dollars, you have to warn the sender Paypal will show their payment in dollars ( if they are in the US) but then shows the amount the receiver gets in their home currency. This needs to be changed to dollars to ensure you receive the full amount (paypal charge 3% on currency conversion)
