Orlando to resort options

We had originally booked for 14 days at a universal hotel.
We planned to hire a car from Orlando airport and park overnight at universal. In the morning drive to Disney and drop the car off at car car centre and have a day in the park and get an uber home.
It might be easier getting a dvc at boardwalk for the first night and use the magical express for similar costs.

Sorry not sure what you are asking ? There is a Mears Shuttle to the Universal Hotels, you book it through your Hotel. We will use that , Uber/Lyft to Saratoga after our 10 night stay & then DME back to Airport. Did consider picking up our hire car early too but would have Disney parking (at parks) & overnight at Universal just makes that option a non-starter.

Unless you are planning a day at Disney Avis are based in most of the universal hotels so you could just drop off at one of them in the morning if you use Avis or keep the car for the day, use it and drop off before the desk closes at the hotel.
