We've never been let down by Longhorn and Texas at Rolling Oaks or Manny's at Haines City where a typical fillet steak and sides costs around $25. Plenty of other places where the starting price is twice that though.

We enjoyed a T bone at Outback at LBV and I was ill after Longhorn so that has clouded our view.

It REALLY depends on how much you want to spend since, in steaks, there is usually, not always, a correlation.

So cheap, cheerful and still nice. Longhorns, texas, mannies

better, charlies

great, Shulas, capital grille, mortons, bull and bear (with our favourite being Shulas at the moment)

Longhorns has been our favourite for years, however, we’ve just got back and our favourite steak was in Texas Roadhouse. Nothing wrong with Longhorns but Texas was better. Manny’s (hwy 27 one) is worth a visit too

They all give you bread before your steaks come out - don’t make the mistake I do and fill up on that!

Manny's (US 27) is one of our must do's. Love the cinnamon butter you get with your bread rolls. Plenty of salad to start your meal.
