Seaworld is a short walk from Aquatica and also Discovery Cove. You can get to any of these by ITrolley from International drive at $1.25 per journey per person.

Of course, I don't know where your AirBNB is, but if neither of you drive and you have not yet booked, then I would reccomend a simple Hotel with Breakfast on International Drive. International drive is a $46 Taxi fare from MCO as at last August and as I have said, an ITrolley will get you easily to the Disc Cove/Seaworld/Aquatica area..
