how to confirm you're on the Magical Express?
I sent off a booking (did it online) and i have the confirmation of the request.

it said i would here back, how long should i wait before checking?

Its been a fare few weeks now

When I did mine online in August it only took a couple of days and they send back an email with a reservation number?

If you've not heard back by now I would resubmit the request or try contact them

I got an acknowledge email straight after and the following day I got an email confirming, this was on the 15th Jan and heard back on the 16th.

I don't think I've ever had a confirmation. !

I am convinced that if you didn't book and walked up to the desk and asked, they'd take you anyway. It might take a minute of two longer while they confirm details etc, but if you meet the requirements, they will take you. Requirements simply being you are about to check in to the hotel they take you to.

I never had confirmation.
Just walked up to desk at airport showers then our booking confirmation and all was done.

I’d they see you are staying onsite that’s really all the need .

If you rock up with a resort booking they will not turn you away.

Be careful though as when my son arrived a day after us (I had booked him in but they had the previous days flight details) even though he had proof he was staying at OKW they said he wasn’t booked in and they couldn’t take him! He called me to say he was getting a taxi, I spoke to the front desk and they sorted it but it took ages and left a bad taste to the start of his holiday.

Not acceptable under any circumstances.

I’ve done it that way when plans changed last minute.
