I brought my last tickets about 10 years ago. It was a ten day park hopper with two water park days and a day at Disney quest.

I used the last park day 2018 trip after spreading over 4 holidays and still have one water park day left. They were stopped because they were open to a lot of abuse. People would sell them at the end of the holiday to the booths in the mall and then they were resold. Technology has moved on now so maybe could be used to make more secure.

In all honesty it was the last time i genuinely saw any value in Disney Tickets. They were nice because you were able to have that feeling of freedom and a great excuse to come back. Some times with the 14 day tickets i feel like a lot of people go there multiple times because they have to get the value out of the ticket so rather than spread the visits over two or three holiday they visit each park multiple times in a 14 day period.

Any way it's what i have my fingers crossed for.
Literally no chance, certainly for any UK-offer.

Disney want to sell packages of hotel + tickets to UK visitors - non-expiry tickets just don't enter the equation for that.

Yup but we all know what does sell hotel and ticket packages in the UK!

When I was looking at an alternative when I wasn’t prepared to pay up our deposit only Disney tickets I couldn’t believe how much cheaper a Universal holiday would be. Obviously it’s not Disney, but at Disney prices without free dining and with Master Mickie getting older if they aren’t careful we might now be doing odd days there rather than the thousands we must normally spend.

I'd be a very happy girl if it were free dining and it was offered throughout 2021. I doubt they would offer it for December 2021 though. Even if it was half price ddp offer that would be something.

You're just one of millions who go there though. They won't miss one person's spending.

Talking hundreds of thousands not one person. Free dining is offered across the world to ensure Disney hotels are at 95% capacity or greater.

Good luck to Disney getting anyone to pay £200+ a night for their standard of hotels

I agree regarding Free Dining, we were schedule to go this September and Free Dining was one of the main reasons for our first onsite stay in 20 years. Many offsite in that time. If/when we get to go back the offer is going to have to be good to make a Disney property the choice for us.

I'd agree with that completely. The standard of the moderate rooms while decent are similar to what I'd expect to pay £100 a night for. There's no way I'd pay twice that without "free" dining.

I don't know if it were on here or someplace else that knew someone who worked for Disney and said the DDP is a huge money maker for them and a huge driving tool for UK bookings. The "free" offer but not really free as they make that money off you buying souvenirs and other add ons in the parks.
