Life's too short

Just been diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy and MGUS igm - been in quite a lot of pain and aches and now have an increased risk of blood cancer and increased rate of infection - it's linked to autoimmune illness so I decided...

Life's too short. If we have to wear masks, so be it.

Decided to book for the end of August PE with Virgin - tied to them due to £1k of compensation vouchers. Cost was £3.2 k for 4 of us.

BA had very good prices also.

I would think that things will be pretty normal by next August. If not, we'll just go when restrictions are lifted.

Good luck to you with your illness.. My Dad has had it for many years.

I admire your stoic attitude in these difficult times.

Agreed Kevin, life is indeed too short and we all need something to look forward to... price seems pretty good for PE.

Wishing you all the very best.

Take good care.

Wishing you many years of good health and many more trips and adventures. My SIL has Peripheral Neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis - autoimmune issue too and it is a pest but she manages well. Good luck!

Good on you!

None of us know what is around the corner so we have to do what we can, when we can.

Have a great trip!

Thank you. Was just a reminder that I need to live.

IGM is nasty, it has a higher risk unfortunately, as I am 51, it’s a long time living with the %

But xxxx it, this year has taught me that we all need to appreciate life more. Hope your dad is ok.

Yep, if we don’t live life to the full we could miss out- none of us know what’s around the corner. Sorry to hear of your diagnosis but hopefully you will be fine.
