Virgin reward flight refund. Anyone else offered this?
 I’ve just received this email. It seems they are offering me a free upgrade or companion voucher if I cancel my refund request. Am I reading this right? Would it be worth doing? I’ve got about £1,750 tied up with taxes for the reward flights. Anyone else had similar? Kat
