lovinit, did you get them to price-match before you booked? or did you book and then claim a 'price guarantee' refund?

The latter - I paid them claimed the price difference back. Initially they only refunded a small amount back, claiming it wasn't the same conditions, but when I kicked up a fuss and said it was exactly the same terms they refunded the full amount difference.
