We buy these too. DD 10 makes them every weekend breakfast. Lovely when warm 😋

If you have plain flour and yeast and have a bit of time, Cupcake Jemma’s recipe is delicious topped with icing made with Whitworths fondant icing sugar - it stays sticky 😁

Make them yourselves ladies I did! I have been craving cinabon for days and ground thus peach of a recipe. The frosting i made with mascapone cheese 1 tub. I cup of icing sugar, 1 cup of butter
Here is recipe.
Hiya, recipe for cinnabon is

3/4 cup of warm milk, warm in microwave for 40 seconds
Poor in mixing bowl.
Add 25g of fresh yeast (asda donit ask bakers)
Add to milk and leave for 5 mins.
Add 3/4 of castoe sugar and mix in bowl
Add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, room temp
Add 3/4 soft room temp butter
Add pinch of salt and 3 cups of strong bread flour.
Mix until dough formed.
Empty into glass bowl which has been drizzled in oil.
Leave with toql over it for 1.5hrs. (I put it in window with sun on it)
Roll out and coat with margarine.
Add brown sugar and cinnamon all over then roll into swish roll. Cut into inch size slices then place in tray. Leave for hr to rise.
Cook for 20 mins at gas mark 5 or 180 degrees
Leave to cool then add 1 tub of mascapone cheese, 3/4 cup or butter and 1 cup of icing sugar. 1 teaspoon of vanilla. I add brown sugar to give caramel colour.

This is what mine look like - they are really fab. Thankfully DH isn’t a fan of cinnamon so DS and I get to share the lot between us. They don’t last long!
