You need to check that the size of your photos - in Guest services there is a 'sticky' posted by Anne that will let you download Pixresizer - very simple to install and use Once you have got your pics to the acceptable size, simply go to the gallery section, click to 'upload' photos, and follow the instructions Once in the Dibb Gallery, click on the photo you want to use, till it is at its biggest size, right click, high light and copy 'image location' - go to the thread you want to post in, and at the place in the text you want the picture placed, click mouse then take cursor up to the icon in the reply box that looks like a 'postcard' with mountains, click on that, and in the small window that opens, paste the 'image location' - click OK, and your pic should be there HTH Love Suexx |

In Imageshack, there is an option to upload photos, click on that and you get a page with a browse box, clicking that, opens a search box and you can browse through the folders on your pc (my documents for example) and then click on the image file, Next click on the 'Host it' box and in a short while your pic will be copied to Imageshacks server. You will then see several different boxs with various URL (The address where your pic is stored) with various options such as website, forum, thumbnail etc left click on the URL text to highlight it, then right click and hit 'copy'. Next open your Dibb page start a reply and 'paste' the URL text into your message, hey presto your pic will appear. Sounds complicated but its quite simple after a few goes. If it doesnt work edit your post and try using one of the other URL addresses If you want an idea of how the URL address should look, then right click on any of the pics on here and hit 'Properties' you will see the address box there. For example I can see that the picture of the white Tigers is hosted on Photobucket. Hope this helps Steve |

Wow - clicked on this thread, and again, even more fantastic photos
Here's mine for today - taken last October, in the Villa pool, with my new Kodak Easyshare Z710 - set on 'action shots of children in bright light' - its one of the auto settings that I used a lot on this camera, and I was really pleased with the results It Splashin' Time - Kate and Ben have a splash fight After I took that one, I swung the camera to the side - and Poor Mil - who was trying to relax in the hot tub - was also (unwillingly) in on the action Love Suexx |
