California in June early planning help

Evolving our plan as we've now booked flights and some accommodation:

Fly 31st May
San Fransisco 3 nights
South Lake Tahoe 2 nights
Yosemite 3 nights
Monterey 2 nights
Cambria 1 night
Santa Barbara 1 night
Universal city Hollywood 1 night
Anaheim 4 nights

Added in Lake Tahoe as somewhere new and a way to drive into Yosemite along Toioga Pass if open by then. Reducing a night at universal and Anaheim.

Any recommendations of places to stay in Cambria or Santa Barbara as haven't previously been along PCH at all. Busy reading trip reports from you all, really appreciate these, thanks

It's not a receommnedation as we haven't been yet but we're staying at the Best Western Plus in Santa Barbara in August and I'll be doing a trip report (probably live) so will review it then.
