Clearwater/Indian shore/st Petersburg
We are looking at three weeks next year in august, 1 week Disney, 1 week universal then the final week relaxing any recommendations of which of the Clearwater/ Indian shore/ st Petersburg is the nicest? It also gives us the opportunity to pop to Busch gardens
Thanks Michael |

We like St Pete’s beach, but are staying at Clearwater this year. It’s sounds like a lovely trip you have planned and although you did not ask for any advice, I’d just like to mention that a week at Disney might not be enough time and a week for both Universal and the beach may be a bit too long. Assuming you haven’t been before, Disney has 4 main parks and a water park ( may be back up to 2 water parks by next year) and you could easily spend 2-3 days in each of the main parks. Universal is much smaller and only needs 3-4 at most in my opinion. We like a few days at the beach to recover from the Orlando madness, but find 3-4 days is plenty. Apologies if this advice is not required, but park passes are so expensive and wasn’t sure if you knew how much ground there is to cover over there.

Many thanks. This will be our fourth trip, first time we did 3 weeks in OKW, the other two 1 week in portifino and 2 in OKW.
The children are now 10,13,15 so we were thinking of Clearwater, bit of time at the beach, maybe a day at busch garden on the bigger rides. Briefly thought about the third week in the Bahamas, but I think it might work out just too expensive |
