Hi we have purchased annual passes for our trip in July , We have 2 nights at Portofino Bay can we pick them up from there or do we need to head to City Walk to collect them prior to the morning of check in ? Thanks

I’m positive you will need to go to the guest services in the parks or the one as u enter citywalk

Ticket desk at the hotels is fine. You don’t need it with you at check in.

As said you can use the ticket desk or kiosk if booked for kiosk pick-up.
However, if you have booked AP using monthly payments online, you had to go to the park previously and could not use the desk. I do not know if this has changed.

Hi sorry just to add we have paid in full just need to pick up , do the desks in the hotel open super early as our first day we were hoping to arrive around 7am to collect and head straight to the parks . Or would we be better picking up the night before from the will call booth at city walk ? Thanks

When we stayed at royal pacific they opened the desk at 6.30, so should be the same.

Yep. It was open at Portofino when we checked in around 7am in November
