Is Clermont and the citrus tower worth a visit, what’s to do and how long will you need to look around.

We visited the Citrus Tower back in 2014. The views from the top are great, you can see east to downtown Orlando and south to Disney. The admission fee if around $10 and IMO worth it. When we called in there was a great collection of old photos showing various views and how the area looked right back to the 50s and 60s.

Downtown Clermont is awesome, some great breweries, restaurants, coffee and ice Cream etc , the book store is a fave of ours. Great to stroll along side the lake. (I may be a tad biased lol)

Citrus Tower won’t take overly long , definitely no more than an hour.

Clermont lakeside is beautiful- lovely for a stroll. Also, Lake Louisa State Park is worth a visit. We went to the Citrus Tower in March - lovely views from the top, and a bit of history on the ground floor. Probably spent less than an hour - but worth it to see the landscape. 😀
