Nightmare - Car Hire no longer showing on Tui Booking

When I booked I had intermediate car hire this is no longer showing. I am going to ring TUI in the morning. Has anyone booked car hire from airport separately ?

Yes, most people book their car hire separately, as its usually much cheaper. We mostly use Discount Florida Car Hire, there is a link to Andy's website on the car hire Forum.

Maybe it is just a computer glitch?

Do you have an email with all the original details on it?

It wouldn't surprise me if they've missed something. We paid for gold insurance, and we haven't got it. Apparently, we have to contact the agent who 'booked' it for us, but it was someone a call centre, back in February. I aint got a scooby doo what they were called. And it's 'my fault' for not checking it was on there.

Even if you booked online, your nearest TUI shop should be able to check your booking for you
