Walmart Deliveries to Disney Resort Hotels

Anyone with any experience of getting a Walmart delivery? We're staying at Caribbean Beach in a couple of weeks, seems like a better way to get the heavier items delivered.

How easy was it, what was the delivery charge like?

We've used Garden Grocer several times in the past. Disney kept it in fridge until we arrived as was delivered to hotel the day our flight came in. Works out more expensive than just going to shops but equally saves us going to shops after a long flight!

Yes, we've used Garden Grocer and Instacart before, but I'm wondering what peoples experience of Walmart is? Will they deliver to resort?

It depends what's in the delivery, if there's refridgerated food, and/or alcohol I'm not sure if bell services can accept it unless you are there. Best check with them before you go. Otherwise done orders separate. 1 for fridge alcohol, the other for non perishables. Bell services charge 6dollars to bring to room or you collect all of it fir free.

Walmart delivery is easy. Put the resort address and be sure not to click sign for unless you will be there at bell service to take delivery.

Each resort has a holding area. Walmart deliver to that room, take a photo of your delivered items and mark as delivered. The resort's charge $6 for bell service to then deliver to your room. (Then tip)

No alcohol unless you will be there to take delivery.

You can track your driver once they're close as you can Amazon in the UK.

Much easier. We had a delivery to Port Orleans Riverside and Grande Villas Resort off-site so far this trip. I'm making a second order to Grande Villas now as we are going through water ice lollys and hot pockets (teens) 😀

I never knew this! What do Walmart charge for delivery?
We are doing mainly onsite next year and we go through so much water!
Pity there is no freezer in the rooms as I do love my ice cream too 😜😜

It varies dependant upon delivery time and type of delivery ie, you can get SOME items EXPESSED.

We needed a luggage strap fast and luckily the local walmart store had it in stock and offered EXPRESS delivery for some items. By doing excpress delivery it was at front desk within 2 hrs of the order!
