Skiing- march and January

Hi,

Can anyone recommend anywhere for January and March p, doesn’t have to be the same place,

-Very few surface lifts as in pomas and t bars, as I hate them.
-modern lifts
-either chalet or self catering
-France or Austria,
-no more than 2hoursfrom an airport, that we can fly to from Scotland.
-plenty green and blue runs but also plenty black runs. (Mixed group so need different levels).
-no none skiers so that’s not an issue.

We’ve been to a lot of places, we liked courchevel but only stay in le praz but the links t9 the main area aren’t great but my dad did say there might be a new lift but I need to Google on that. We’ve also been to scheffau in the skiwelt but I’m not keen on, it’s okay but not great.

If anyone has any suggestions I’d be very grateful.

Overgurgl! Been in January 4 times and April once and had the most fantastic snow every time.
Never once been on a T-bar or button lift. In fact I think there are only a couple anyway.
New lift installed this year. All lifts are decent and fast.
Nice wide blues, decent red and black runs for the advanced skiers. And absolutely fab apres! Not a huge resort but that suits us. Lift pass also covers a day in Solden (20-30mins on the bus) which is a livelier bigger resort.
About 1.5-2 hour transfer from Innsbruck.

Thank you, we looked at Obergurgl for last year but never actually went. But we’ve decided just to go back to courchevel, I love courchevel and there’s a new lift from le praz. But thank you,
