We had a raft of issues with the room, dirty bed linen when we arrived, shower blocked and over flowing, got locked out of the bathroom during the night due to faulty catch, bed had a deep rut in one side. Also booked a fountain view room and could just about see the tops of them when they did the display!

The main lobby was stunning and the location was fantastic but the rooms just didn't live up to the rest. By far the worst 5 star we have stayed in room wise.

Not sure about pools but we last stayed at the signature suits at the MGM, booked through Airbnb , much cheaper. 1 b apartment. Accommodation was fantastic, massive living room , huge bedroom with double sinks and double shower ,Wc in en-suite. Also had full kitchen facilities .

That was unfortunate. Stayed there 3 times without any issues at all. Will have to see what November brings for us. Hopefully not the same experience as you.

I have stayed at Cosmo in early November and one of the pools was open. I believe they have always kept one open through the winter.
