Wedding venues in Florida

I’m planning a big family holiday next year and flippantly mentioned to my sister that she may as well get married while we’re there! Anyway, a couple of weeks later I am now the wedding planner 🤗

Could anyone help with cheap outdoor wedding venues around the Disney area? I actually got married in Miami but I know nothing about venues in the Disney area nor of ones that would suit my sisters budget. She’s hoping for a ceremony of no more than $500. I found this place (chapeloflovefl/) but looking at Google street view the area looks a bit sketchy plus it’s a fair distance from when we’re staying as we’ll all be at the Polynesian. The style of wedding with gazebo would suit my sister to a tea though!

Any ideas or links would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

I’d have said Paradise Cove but the budget is quite tight to be honest. We walked into the courthouse and got married there and then. Cost less than $100. I think Leu Gardens has cheap packages.

Thanks for your reply! Can I ask what courthouse you got married at? I’m guessing there are no vows and you just sign a piece of paper?

We are having our vow renewal here in December (was supposed to be August)

So far the email dealings with Theresa have been amazing!

We also got married at Cypress Grove and agree it's a beautiful location. These were taken when we last visited in 2019. We booked through Crownline Weddings and they did offer other locations too.

Looks beautiful, it’s probably going to be over budget unfortunately.

Not Orlando but we got married in Clearwater courthouse.
No appointment, witnesses or minimum period of residency needed.
We (just me & DH) walked into the courthouse in shorts & T’s, advised the clerk we’d like to get married, showed our passports as ID, took the oath that there was no lawful reason for us not to get married, walked into the next room with the clerk who asked if we had our own vows or were happy to use the standard vows, eg, “do you take this woman... ”, she married us, we waited for our marriage certs (we got 10 copies) to be printed & signed, paid our $115 and walked out married.
The whole thing took around 15 minutes!
