as above its motel style, does what i says on the tin

has a shuttle & lynx bus stop outside, walkable to millers etc. Decent enough food/bar onsite if you cant be bothered to head out

was on our shortlist for 2022 but we got a decent deal on a condo at Extended Stay a wee bit further down palm parkway

Haven't stayed for years but in it's Comfort Inn guise stayed 3 times & for the money I don't think that you can fault it! It really depends on your expectations & what you are really after? Years back we stayed at CBR, with the doors closed I think you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference but obviously once outside it's a totally different ballgame. If I was after clean, cheap & cheerful, hands down I would stay again.

Stayed there lots of times and it is a great base. Ask for a room looking over the car park though as the I4 is noisy on the other side. Cypress point not far away can be a similar price although there is a resort fee, it has good facilities and pools

Im not going expecting 5 star luxury, I'm expecting a clean and safe room to sleep at night after a long day the parks, that is close to Disney Springs.
See you both there! We don’t plan on spending much time in the room, it’s a base to sleep, I’ve looked at recent reviews on trip advisor and there has been a couple of poor ones but historically had good reviews on here and on tripadvisor.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort LBV in 2019 and couldn't fault it. Found LBV great location for eating and getting to places, we did have a car.

We've stayed there quite a few times over the years. Great location, free parking, no resort fee.

Rooms are basic (but still get full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker and decent TV).

For the price it's excellent.

Not that keen on the pool area, it gets a lot of noise from I4 and isn't that inviting. OK for a dip but no hot tub.

Ubers to the parks from there are plentiful and cheap too (less than $10 each way).

This post has made me feel a lot better about picking this hotel, does anyone know how I contact them to request a room on the car park side? We go 3rd of October can’t wait!

Sorry, I didn’t like it at all. Room was pretty dingy and lots of kids hanging about.

Ive booked this for august just for 1 night before heading to disney for a week, i always stay in rosens and find them safe. if you are there just to sleep then obviously its great, they also have shuttles to universal and disney which is great unlike the other rosens :-)
