Hello fresh
Can anyone tell me how hello fresh works ? I’ve signed up and it’s taken me to checkout but it’s not giving me the option to choose what meals I would like. Surely there must be a choice and they won’t just send you random meals.

Yes, there's a huge choice and you can change your selections up to about 5-days before delivery.
I've been having Hello Fresh for a while so it's been some time since I did my first order but I think you check out so they have your card details and have confirmed your first order date, and can then go in to your account and choose your meals. I don't think you can change the first delivery date but after that you can pause, skip and change the size of the box. The app and website are very user friendly. There are lots of offer codes so don't make the same mistake as my mum recently did - she paid full price and didn't select her meals. She paid a lot of money for 3 meals that they didn't like. |

Thank you for your reply. That was what I was worried about that they would send three random meals and it would be something I didn’t like. Sorry for sounding so stupid but normally when you go to checkout that’s your order placed. I have a discount code so it makes sense to order 5 meals. Can I change this whenever I want ?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, it's very flexible, you can order between 3 and 5 (possibly more) meals each week for 2 or more people. I tend to order 5 a week as there isn't a huge price difference between 3 and 5. I need to stop soon as I'm paying full price and it's a luxury I'm getting too used to having!

Food box arrived today and like you say it was so easy. I’ve reduced next weeks box to three meals as not needing 5. The recipes look very straightforward so look forward to getting started.
