Easter baking/ buffet?

What are you baking/making for easter?
We’re hopefully having a family get to together over easter and I was thinking more a buffet/ afternoon tea type meal rather than a traditional roast.

We are going to have a Roast Lamb and the turkey crown that wasn’t
used at Christmas
It will be the first time on 2 all of us and the extended family can be together

Me and my husband are planning a Lamb dinner but not a traditional roast as such- Lamb Rump, Garlic and Rosemary Roasties, Blue Cheese and Chive Mash, Mediterranean Veg, Wild Mushrooms and Mushroom Sauce. For dessert my friend makes baked treat boxes so will probably order an Easter themed one of those.

For dessert I recommend the easter egg cheesecakes 😋
We are away in a lodge this year for easter as it is my sons birthday so we will be having 'party' food!

We’ll be in Orlando, at Universal I think, what are the chances of finding a lamb roast there?

I always do a simnel cake which will always go down a treat (if you like marzipan). Away this test so won’t be making much, but usually I’ll do blondies, hot cross buns, cream egg brownies, basically any Easter confectionary in a cake!
