Stu. Looking good, well done. One has to give credit to Lego on how far they have come in recent years with their designs and also being able to actually deliver what the public desires.
My 6yr old Grandson is getting in to Lego in a big way and I can see some expensive times looming!

I must learn to be patient. I got the "it's shipped" email from Lego on 3rd June (only slightly delayed from the promised shipping date) and it's been stuck ever since. Fingers crossed that this is due to the jubilee bank holiday weekend and not dropped into a black hole. My shop disney order has also been stuck in Hermes Hell since last Tues. Feeling slightly victimised!

I received a tracking number from DPD after order updated to shipped but it took 3 days for DPD to collect it and then it was delivered on the 4th day

And the five year old has it... Thank god there is a list of pieces so that I can replace the ones that go missing!

Well the five year old ripped open the box and the instructions before I could get there. But we have done Bag 1 and I have safely put it in a box in a cupboard out of reach. We almost started on Bag 7 and did have some toy cars joining us. For some reason the orange brick remover is fascinating him and he's obsessed with taking the build apart as quickly as we can build it!
He's never seen BttF - I tried to get him to watch it at the weekend. We made it 2 mins in (the ticking clocks) before it was "too scary" and we had to go back to Dino Ranch on Disney Junior. Edited at 07:34 PM. |

My son (now 31) grew up watching back to the future. He even went through a phase when he was about 2 of getting hold of any long stick/roll of wrapping paper etc. and weilding it above his head shouting "Chicken".
It took us a while to work out why he did this and then we watched the film again (possibly BTTF2? ) and it all made sense. |
