I couldn’t take many pics with without looking bonkers. So the first two are from Google.

I had shanghai style calamari to start $20. This was by far the best calamari I have ever had, spicy, crunchy, very unique flavours.

Huge portion, I didn’t finish by sheer will power as wanted my main and sides.
Filet mignon $52, lobster mac and cheese and asparagus- we shared the sides but think they were on the region of $22 each.

It was so good. Fabulous flavours, some of the sides were very rich so best shared.

For dessert I had butterscotch cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I have ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot !).

DH had chocolate mousse, which again had good feedback.

Sorry I have no idea why some photos are at an angle.

Such a fabulous evening. The bill was substantial, we had lots of lovely wine too though - it was around $3000- so $150 pp ish.
Love del friscos

It was amazing. I’d plan a visit for the cheesecake alone.

Oat milk cappuccino and chocolate chip Cookie for breakfast this morning. Was delicious- am sure the oat milk is different here.

Chicken cobb salad and fajitas for lunch, lovely again - $50 with 2 soft drinks. Was so tempted to have a margarita but we are out tonight.

Passed a target so had an emergency stop for essentials.

We had brunch at the hotel (Lowes), $30 per person but they also charged us for 2 cappuccino $12. I can see we paid $92 in total.

It was all good, I tried a pancake with syrup, so nice! We’re not normally big breakfast eaters (unless it’s Crystal Palace). Actually might look into brunch at universal in August.

Headed to the airport and sampled the AA lounge. It was good and much better restrooms than BA at Heathrow. The areas were constantly being cleared and cleaned. There was the usual help your self bar and soft drinks cabinets.

Had 2 glasses of champagne.

And a plate from buffet. All tasty.

Couple more buffet pics:

You know me too well, I’ve already had a Google & Del Frisco’s is on International Drive where we usually stay, so if I didn’t visit it’d be rude
