Bone and yes. I’m sure I’ll be corrected if I’m wrong, but, as I understand it, if in Devon it’s cream first and if in Cornwall it’s jam first.

I have been known to go to Scone Palace in Scone (pronounced Skoon) and have a scone where it is always pronounced sgone. Yes to raisins, don’t care about the cream/jam thing.
