Rosen inn international drive

We haven't stayed at the Rosen Inn point now for about 10 years but we never had issues when we did and the hotel was clean so couldn't ask for anything more.

We normally stay at the Avanti on I-drive but as we couldnt resist a cheap package holiday 2 weeks ago for £800 with Tui at Pointe orlando we will be going back here in September and looking forward to it.

Thanks to those that recommended the Rosen, we really enjoyed our stay there, it was perfect for a last minute trip to universal and would definitely stay again if we were doing a budget trip😃

Has anyone got an e-mail address that Rosen Inn International will respond to ?

We checked out on July 7th and haven't had our $50 deposit refunded yet.

Wondering if I should complain to BA who it was booked through ?

Is that not for the one further up International Drive - ie not Rosen Inn International which is 7600 ?

Well they have replied to my Review on Trip Advisor (unlike my e-mails) which is under Butts Fife.

The 11 Day Stay was booked and paid for by British Airways Holidays.

$50 Deposit was for any extras which we didn't incur. They are saying it could take 30 Days for the money to come back as it is a Foreign Transaction.

Funny that at the Royal Pacific where we spent the next two nights it took 30 Seconds.

Frustrating thing about trip advisor is that I can't go in and answer to what she has posted - ie edit review

Has anyone else had to wait a long time to get their $50 back when the Hotel has been paid for by a Holiday Operator at Rosen Inn International ?

Awful place. Massive cannabis problems especially on weekends. And not the cleanest of places. We might have just been unlucky as read lots of positive reviews x
