York
Can anyone recommend anywhere to stay in September please.
It's the two of us for three nights. Thanks

Van Gogh
We always stay at the Hilton. Great location, can walk to centre sites, shops, theatres etc. Good breakfast & we really like Rustique restaurant, just round the corner. The Grand Opera house is 5mins walk & depending on your dates, kinky Boots & Rock of Ages are on in Sept.
Not sure if the Van Gogh exhibition is still on - but that’s about 3mins walk! * just checked & they’re booking to August atm, so it probably will still be on. Don’t miss the (extra cost) VR experience! ** car park opposite or valet. Edited at 09:14 PM. Reason: Add content |

Try here for a quirky little nibble and a glass of something cold. They have a lovely courtyard seating area in back of the shop |

Malmaison is nice and means you’re right in the city centre for everything and it’s just over the road from the train station.

We stay in Holiday Inn Picadilly. It's a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Not too expensive and I think you always know what you're going to get with a Holiday Inn.

We've decided on an Airbnb has we are on our way to play golf in Scarborough so have two sets of clubs and trollies.
Found one with it's own parking space outside. However, I can't verify my identity for the host as I have no valid photo ID. Live chat have suggested booking somewhere else
