Just started a chat with FloridaTix to see what's happening. Will update when I get an answer.

*Update*

Dear Valued Customer,
We are currently experiencing a delay with tickets arriving from the US - we know how important it is to get your tickets and start that all-important countdown! If you do not want to wait to have tickets posted we can arrange an instant E-ticket.
If you do not want an E-ticket your tickets will be posted in the next 10-14 days


I think I'm going to take the e-tickets so we've only got the express pass in our lanyards.

I ended up taking the e-tickets and they arrived within 10 minutes of confirming it.

I do think they have supply chain issues but the comms could definitely be better.

etickets for universal?

They're telling me tickets posted 14 days after full payment which is no good for me.

So I guess with the etickets you have to sort them out at the ticket booth when you get there?

Yep, for Universal.

Nope, no messing at Will Call. You get a PDF ticket with each persons name on and a QR code. Go to the Universal app and open the Wallet, scan the QR code and job done, the tickets are in the app. Takes 30 seconds.

So why do you want all the hassle of chasing floridatix for physical tickets when you can get etickets with no hassle?

I guess some people just want physical tickets.

I originally ordered these in 2019 and I don't think these kinds of e-tickets and the Universal Wallet were a thing then or I'd have probably just gone for them in the first place.

As soon as they offered me the e-tickets that don't need picking up I took them. We always found it a bit annoying having to get the physical tickets out of our lanyard so works better for us.
