20 day stay, advice needed for wedding anniversary please

Hi guys,

Hoping you can give my itinerary a once-over and also advise me on my anniversary celebration plans.

There's me, my wife and our grown up daughter going, staying at the All Star Movies for 12 days then moving to a villa for the next 8 days and at that point also picking up a rental car

We're celebrating our 25th anniversary on 2nd October so I've planned for us to have breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, then after spending some time in Magic Kingdom, take the monorail to Contemporary Resort where we'll have dinner at California Grill then back on the monorail to Grand Floridian for a cup of tea in the tearooms then hire a private boat from there for the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, any other ideas for celebrating?

Here's the itinerary for the holiday:

24/9/22 Arrive at 1530, check in at hotel then uber/lyft to vineland outlet mall for a bit of relaxed shopping, dinner at cheesecake factory and grocery shopping at the supermarket then uber/lyft back to the hotel
25/9/22 Magic Kingdom
26/9/22 Hollywood Studios
27/9/22 Epcot
28/9/22 Magic Kingdom
29/9/22 Animal Kingdom & MNSSHP
30/9/22 Hollywood Studios
1/10/22 Epcot
2/10/22 Magic Kingdom (Anniversary)
3/10/22 Disney Springs
4/10/22 Animal Kingdom
5/10/22 Hollywood Studios & Epcot
6/10/22 Magic Kingdom or Disney Springs then pick up car and check in to villa
7/10/22 Chill out day in villa and grocery shopping
8/10/22 More chilling out with a visit to Celebration
9/10/22 outlet / mall shopping
10/10/22 Universal
11/10/22 Universal
12/10/22 Cape Kennedy
13/10/22 Universal
14/10/22 Beach (Which one?)
15/10/22 Packing and Disney Springs
16/10/22 Return date

Phew! I'm exhausted just typing that!

What do you guys think? Thanks

Your anniversary plans sound lovely, how thoughtful! ☺️

I also believe you can hire boats at the Contemporary if that fits any better with your plans? By eating at Cali Grill you could alternatively watch fireworks from up there instead of the boat, but I think the boat is a lovely idea!

I’m not sure where you mean regarding the tea rooms at GF, but maybe that’s because we don’t drink tea! For me I’d be more interested in cocktails in the new Enchanted Rose bar

PS grab some ‘we’re celebrating’ buttons on the morning of your anniversary, you’ll have people congratulating you all day, possibly some pixie dust, and it’s just very nice!

Your anniversary day sounds wonderful, I have wanted to start a special day with breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table but not managed it yet. Although I was thinking that maybe your wife in particular might like to go back to the resort and get changed before dinner. Well I know I wouldn’t want to be in park clothes for my 25th anniversary dinner at the California Grill.

Like another poster, I am also puzzled as to what you mean by tea rooms in the Grand Floridian, I don’t think I would want to go for a cup of tea after my dinner anyway, but I nevertheless don’t think there is such a thing. Now the Enchanted Rose for a cocktail / mocktail that sounds nice.

Anyway otherwise looks like a good plan.

This looks fantastic, have a great holiday and happy anniversary when it comes. We are going in November for our 40th anniversary so this has given us some ideas!
