They do seem to keep it stuck for ages. I'm guessing that there'll not be any change even though they've a so called 'rate sale' on.

Does anyone know what the delivery charge is with Covent GardenFX?

Thanks Dan 👍
I'm guessing it's free if over £750... or is that wishful thinking? 🤣

Well, tiny bit of dollar weakening today! Now 1.23. Let's hope this continues 🤞

Hasn't actually hit 1.23, google rounds up, sitting at 1.240 at this moment in time.

As mentioned earlier, news of inflation slowing for the US, which means the feds are less likely to increase interest rates, which has pushed the dollar down a little.

We had better than expected GDP figures released, but doesn't seem to have helped the pound.

I hope I don't end up regretting not buying from Covent Garden the other day when it was $1.21 but with my travel date being so far out I figured it was best holding tight. I only really want to take a few hundred dollars and mainly use Chase. In an increasingly bonkers world there's no telling what will happen between now and October 🤯

We've opted to just withdraw from a Disney ATM (with fee) and change the money down in a shop.

It seems our Tesco don't let you choose denominations, and a min order of £75. So we've decided not to risk it.
