Trouble linking Universal Tickets to account
I have the Universal account but when I try to link the tickets to my wallet, the scan says its an invalid scan and so I am trying to manually enter the numbers but there are so many numbers on the back of the ticket. I have tried all the ones that are different and each time it says invalid number.
I am slightly worried and don't want to get out there to find out there is a problem with the tickets. I have tried ringing Florida Tix where I got them from but can't get through its just busy all the time. |

Send them a chat and see if they reply, I had a similar problem and universal were able to fix if for me themselves

Are they e-tickets that can be scanned or ones that need to be picked up from a Will Call kiosk?

I've ordered ours from Attraction tickets for next year and just paid balance before they stop physical tickets. I downloaded the universal app thinking I could add the tickets but the lady at Attraction tickets said the app only works if tickets are bought through universal. This could be why it won't work.

That’s not right , we bought our tickets for our recent trip from ATD and they scanned straight into the app no problem

Same, didn’t buy from universal but ours scanned - bought 6, 4 worked, 2 didn’t so contacted universal via their chat and they linked them for me

She must have got it wrong then. I'll try when they arrive to see if I can do it. I was only going on what she told me.

Do you have to link tickets to the app? We've never used the US app before and have physical tickets, so I'm not sure what the benefit is.
