Virgin Dolphin Hotel & Disney Tickets

Hiya,
Has anybody booked a hotel/tickets package with Virgin and know what happens with the ticket collection at the Dolphin?
I was hoping to be able to collect tickets at the check in desk but it says on my paperwork that we need to go to a park will call window to collect. Is this right?
I have them linked to MDE so assuming I can use on my phone just need to get the physical tickets too.

You need to go to the will call desks in the parks to convert your paperwork to tickets
