Rosen Inn near Universal

Hi just looking for reassurance about the Rosen Inn near universal, we have this booked for our next trip and the reviews suddenly are not so great.

Has anyone been here is it ok? What room is best to request?

Wondering if we should try and swap to Rosen International but chose this one as we relied on the endless summer buses last trip and this Rosen is nearer to parks and endless summer.

Any help appreciated

I'll be staying at this hotel for the fourth time in Nov, its in a great location for me being a Universal person only, handy to make use of the buses from Endless Summer, its always clean, regular visits from housekeeping, has a fridge AND Microwave in every room and NO daily resort fees.

Best rooms are on the 9th floor facing I Drive, great view and always very quiet, cant go wrong in my opinion!

We are staying there in 2 weeks. Stayed there a couple of times before - good basic hotel.

International is essentially the same (rooms are the same) but is a motel style and a lot bigger. I prefer the one nearer Universal

Every hotel gets bad reviews at times, I have even seen people complaining about the deluxe resorts at Universal.

Thanks for reassurance and room request advice will contact beforehand. Sounds like it’s similar to international and as hoped good for bus use at endless summer we are only doing universal so thought this was best placed for this.

Yep always stay here I am here in 19 days super excited I Facebook message Rosen in universal and say like what floor etc and I say facing the pool view better

I like it has indoor corridors and going to universal is just over the road to endless summer to get shuttles at any times

Interesting, it’s great universal allow that.

the only thing I'd suggest is making sure you request the main building, we stayed the once after a cruise and ended up in the older motel style block, it was still clean and totally fine, but the main block was definitely nicer and offered the option for higher floors.
