Would anyone be able to locate an email for this hotel please!

I have looked everywhere and all I can find is a generic contact us one from their web page - surely they must have a guest services or a similar type of email.

It’s important to contact them about facilities we require and I can’t find anything 🤷

If anyone can help it would ge do appreciated, there are concerns about the construction at the hotel.


Similarly if anyone had stayed recently please let me know what you think.

I couldn't find an email. We were booked to go here but when i was notified about the construction i did some googling and the pictures i saw of all the black curtains and the myth bar and grab and go place being closed really put me off. There were also reports of noise from the work when by the pool which isn't surprising given the work overlooks pool area. We have changed to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress which looks fab on the web site and reviews are great. Are you able to change hotels?

This is someone who helped us on reception.
It’s a fabulous hotel, but the construction is quite invasive .
Might be better on a higher floor .
Whilst we were there in June , they got rid of the black curtain walkway and made something a little more permanent.
They still have grab and go in a different location .
