Heathrow No1 Lounge

Has anyone used it recently?

How was it and is the spa open yet?

We used it in June and it was fine. It was fairly busy when we arrived, there was a queue to be seated, but only 5 mins. Staff found us a table by the window, which was perfect. The only other change we noticed was it is now buffet food as opposed of ordering a hot menu item and sadly no cans of drink -we used to stock up

but now its just fountain drinks. Apart from that all great, we were there for 3 hours and it quieted down. Not sure about the spa.

We were there on Monday, not too busy and only 1 couple in front of us at Check-in. Buffet breakfast was good and everything self service. All drinks were free except champagne but I think if you bought a glass you were given a voucher for another. Spa was closed.

I've been looking for this... We have had conflicting information from the lounge themselves via website/email. I've deduced that tailored shorts are ok, but sports shorts are not. They are clear that upper thighs can not be on show, so no short shorts.

I tried to tweet them but no response. Hoping it's the case Chino type shorts are ok.

Dh always wears shorts in the lounge with no issues.
