although we're on a 9:15pm flight so maybe we could swing by after world showcase opens and get an hour or two in

Various booths (not all) will be soft opened in the few days before and may not be open for a full day. They need the time to practice new menu items at volume, new booth layouts and train new staff.

There's no schedule so its just luck if you're passing by.

Our flight is about 7.30pm and we’re going first, I’m sure you can fit in a few hours
