I don't stress anymore about ADRs as even in the height of Summer they are easy to get. That is apart from the Cali at a specific time and a few character places.
Yesterday at 6.15pm I started hunting for an 8.30pm reservation. Everything was coming up even the Cali for 9.15! In the end we went to the Ale and Compass.

Although we will tweak,ADRs scheduled
