Here now. Ebookers have not actually reserved discovery Cove.

Just a warning to anyone really.. Despite taking our money and giving us a printable voucher to take to discovery Cove.. Ebookers had not actually made our reservation. We did not find this out till we turned up. Dc were brilliant and have booked us in for Monday, loaded us up with sun cream and shuttled us over to seaworld for the day. Now I'm worried as I also booked cabana bay with them for 4 nights next week. Moral of this tale is to always check with the attraction before you leave. 😢

Did you give them the date you wanted to visit DC when you booked ?
What a nightmare,lucky it wasn't your last day.

Yes. They had my dates and have taken payment. Curiously my sister booked the same day with them... Also had tickets to print off and also had not been confirmed. I've just contacted the hotel and fortunately they managed to get that right.

Sea world were brilliant with us this week. I purchased 4 adult and 1 child's tickets from travel republic turns out they supplied us with an out of date child's ticket but even though it wasn't their problem they gave us a free ticket for the day whilst I got it sorted great customer service from them.
