Snap!

I thought he'd just used up the first 3 fastpasses. You can either scan them at a random ride but not go on the ride. Or adjust the times forward once you've used each once so that you don't have to wait 3 hours.

I'll have to rewatch the video when I'm at home and see.

Once you've used those 3 (and you can just scan them at the fastpass queue - you don't have to actually go on the ride) or the time for them has passed, you can then book your 4th fastpass at your second park. And then the 5th fastpass at your third park. And so on.
That was the case when you had to book 3 FP.
Now that you can just book only 1 initially your 2nd and 3rd selections can be in a different park. You have to use the initial FP first (or let it expire), you can't book in advance for the 2nd and 3rd at different parks. That can only be done on the day.

That's my understanding of it anyway!

You also have to not be fussy about what FP’s you can get

I’ve now watched Tim Tracker’s video and, yes, you’re both right. He does say that if you prebook just one fastpass in your first park you can book the second fp in the second park on the day.

Interesting. Thank you for the correction.

Well, you learn something every day!

At first when I watched the video I thought he had managed to book a FastPass in three different parks in advance so I assumed it had changed and I had just completely missed it.

It’s a couple of days since I watched the video but I seem to recall his FastPasses were pretty good ones which is why I thought he couldn’t possibly have booked them on the day.

I guess with it being just the two of them, and it not being an especially busy time when they made the video (early March isn’t it?) maybe the availability was good. Not sure if we’ll have the same luck when we do the challenge in August and there are four of us. May just have to take what we can get.

At the moment, I’m thinking we’ll make just the one FastPass in our first park so we can then immediately try and find something suitable in our second before we get there .

It's fab to see so many of us wanting to do this!
Tim Tracker certainly proves it can be done. Good luck to us all

Four is a tad extreme but we have done it before. Usually we do something like a main park then head to a water park and back to a park for evening. Sometimes we do Universal and IoA then go to Aquatica or Wet n Wild (RIP).

Certainly makes you sleep well
