I had one by accident once and it was grilled chicken breast with dry rice, no sauce. It was very dry. I think the dessert was dried fruit.

DH just orders an ordinary meal and we swap bits amongst ourselves.

I only ever have a normal meal. I pick what I want and swop things with the family. On the way out I always have a Boots Meal Deal with me just in case. Have to say my Virgin normal meal going and coming back from NY was fine and my meal deal (out) and snacks (inbound) were abandoned.

My DH (type 1) just orders the normal meal, unless I really had to order a special meal I would always try to stick to the main offering.

My diabetic husband and child order regular meals and take insulin accordingly. DD also needs a gluten free meal which is pretty low carb by default.
