Following this as I have just booked a villa with them through BA.

Used them for recent trip last month - onsite ASMu full package. Got a good price when I booked April last year. Communications sent when supposed to and holiday went smoothly. Open thing I did not like is that they will not give you a flight ref until 12 weeks before, not really a problem but I like to have all the info.

Booked with them for next March staying at AKL. Great deal, pretty good communication and have flight references with VA so have been able to book seats. All good so far...

This is my second holiday with them. No issues at all. Very prompt replies to any emails send prior to holiday. Will be booking third when I get home!

I was thinking of using them as want to stay onsite with Disney, spend 2 nights at universal and possibly look at a mini cruise. I think that will be out of our budget though.

Used them two or three times, good customer service, would use them again if the price was competitive.

Got a good deal last august, they did all the leg work for the best price. They have payment flexibility which enabled me to pay as i went along into my account.
would book with them again

Used them for our trip last year- very helpful - competitive pricing and all went well. Will definitely be looking to book with them in the future if the price is right again.

I got a quote from them a month or so ago. The lady I spoke to was really nice but as we are doing a split stay I wanted to know the price for the Disney side of the booking and the price for the Universal side (so that I could weigh up individual prices for Disney + Universal + flights). For some reason, they couldn’t do that whenever everyone else could, and could only give me the ‘overall’ price. The price was also extortionate compared to others.

I would get a quote again in future as the lady was nice and did call back a few weeks later to see if we’d booked elsewhere or still needed help - we’d already booked.
