BA Fly Drive

Decided today to book our BA Fly Drive Edi-Gat-Mco

This morning the cost for 5 of us with people carrier was £2668, this afternoon they have shot up to £3200!
How can the cost increase by £500 within a few hours, that is just ridiculous, hope they come back down again.

Is Glasgow any good for you? We found flights much cheaper from there for about the same time you are going.

I wouldn’t book and just keep checking prices, they fluctuate a lot. I booked mine happy with the price but then 3 days later it dropped by £720! I cancelled lost my £350 deposit and re booked, still saved £370.
They seem to drop in the evening midweek. This is just my very brief experience 😀

Also check flights going to Tampa instead of MCO, seem a lot cheaper.

There are only so many tickets of each fare class on each flight so when the cheapo ones go the next level kick in when you see price you are happy with book do nit delay or at least don’t count any price you see as what yo7 will getbunless you have your credit card in your hand ready to book.

Not in my experience. Mine went down in price by £500 2 days after I booked (evening time) then back up to what I paid the following morning then down by £720 that evening. All very strange.
This all happened this week.

Flying from Glasgow on the same day was only a few pounds cheaper.

My BA fly drive (LGW - TPA) with Large full size car for 28/6 to 17/7 3A & 1 teenager was around the £3k mark for ages. I went to check it online before going to bed (around 11pm) on a Tuesday night and it went down to £2,200. So we booked it there and then. This was about 3 weeks ago.

I have just checked it online now (keep my fingers crossed) and its gone up to £4054! So am really pleased I booked it when I did.

My motto, check at various times daily, see a price your happy with and book it . I have been checking for months

It may be worth waiting until the BA sale which is usually mid December until February.
As others have said once you see a price you are happy with don't hesitate and book straight away.
