My dd is 6 and lost 4 teeth (2 on the bottom and 2 front ones ) in really short succession.
I was skint !
First one she needed help with as it was just hanging there and she couldn’t eat so I helped her pull it out with a tissue . She was flapping as she couldn’t eat and was scared it would hurt but after the first she was fine.
If your dd’s tooth is that loose could you “help” it along so she can eat properly again? That could be why she is weak ? I know they say you shouldn’t pull them out but if it’s practically there already and causing her discomfort then I would

She has my greatest sympathy. I work in a school and the biggest downside has got to be children showing me their wobbly teeth, missing teeth, teeth in their hand.. you get the picture? 😉
It makes me feel physically ill to the point I think I have a phobia and even this thread is making me feel queasy. 😬
Hope it’s out soon and she begins to feel a bit better.

My DD is five, I’m dreading the wobbly teeth phase. Makes me feel sick thinking about it. I clearly remember how horrible it was having teeth hanging on by a thread 🤮

It's not a bottom one its a big front one and it has been hanging on by a thread for days and days. She has become completely lethargic, not eating and complaining of being cold and tired. She doesn't feel sick, have a cold etc. etc., all she says is her tooth hurts.
Could this all be tooth related or do you think its just a coincidence and she's picked up a virus at the same time?
Don't want to have to go through this every time!
It may be she has a virus too but ds was like this when he lost one of his top front teeth he refused to eat and was just really clingy and sleepy. Flippin thing hung in there for ages by just the tiniest edge I tried to get him to let me pop it out but he would not let anyone touch it as it hurt. He's been ok with the others he's lost other and currently has yet another wobbly one he just gets little upset once they are actually out as he doesn't like how the gum feels afterwards.
Hope its out soon and she's feeling better

My eldest is 7 and has lost 5 teeth over the last 18 months. He has never been ill with them but I guess it could be the new tooth coming through that is making her poorly (think of how miserable it makes babies!). He is just getting past the gummy stsge where the new teeth look too big for them and is starting to look all grown up 😔
