Morning
I'm back on it...again ! Mother-in-law/dementia/falls makes hard work for meal planning etc! However, my new favourite meal is Two Chubby Cubs Mongolian Beef. Definitely worth a try for a fakeaway

It's so easy for life to get in the way isn't it and affect things, sounds like you are a real strength for your mother in law though ❤️
I'm in love with the pinch of nom website for meal ideas, havnt checked out two Chubby Cubs for a while I must go see what they have on there... And read their blog... Very funny and my sort of humour.
Good luck with everything xx

Thanks and hope you are feeling a lot better now... So much illness doing the rounds at the minute... Roll on spring and summer think we all need a bit of warmth and sun to perk us up xx

I'm trying to be! Not sure how successful I'm being though. i'd be able to pick her up a lot easier without the tum!
I cook a lot of the Cubs meals. They go down really well with hubbie. I do the beef with stir fried tenderstem and I could eat it until I burst I don't tend to eat large portions but hubbie does so theres always 1 portion left over for my lunch the next day (smug face when I have that and he gets sandwiches ) Their Florid trip report (or book as you can now buy on Amazon) is hilarious!

Do anyone of you follow the “slimming eats” lady - I’ve actually been following her for years from when she first started her blog - she was a British lady doing SW that moved to Canada and had to adapt a lot of things but she seems to have gone “full time” with it all now - her food looks amazing, the few recipes I have done were really nice too!

Well tonight I was doing burgers, I usually do them without bread anyway and do SW chips and salad, forgot I’m doing SP this week so had to forego the chips and had a health B left so had a wrap instead lol - so burger, salad (lettuce and then “fried” peppers mushrooms and onions in 1 teaspoon of olive oil syned) and a wrap for me, burger had a slice of bacon & HEX A cheese - put far to much crushed chilli in
the burger it blew my head off haha

I think Facebook is best to follow her and she puts the little videos on as well - although she does have a website and you can find tons of recipes on there - easily searchable. She does a lot of American/Canadian style dishes as well and often tells you what the equivalent uk version of an ingredient is if she knows we can’t get it here. I really mean to do more of her dishes!

Here is the site slimmingeats/blog/

Your dinner looks far more appetising than mine... and filling - I’m hungry 😂
