On landing you can go to the disabled que they may approach you and ask why but just explain. Coming home we have often found the disabled que takes longer as they have to check all the wheelchairs.

Thanks fluffy chicken. Are they easy to find and access? We are going again in just over a weeks time so this is so useful especially if special assistance isn't organised again.

On landing in the immigration hall go to the far right and there is a separate disabled que.
Coming home the disabled que is at the far left but it is more for wheelchairs so they can search them ect so you might be better off on the main que.

Thanks again. Not sure what to do coming home think we will just need to judge it at the time. Thanks for the heads up though that is very useful.
